Update to the upcoming Foundations of Management Excellence Program
With the huge impact that COVID-19 is having on the world, we know that it can be hard to plan ahead. We also know that a number of people are interested in signing up for the Foundations of Management Excellence Program or our Time to Manage Module.
At this stage we will be postponing the start of our Foundations of Management Excellence Program and the first module (Time to Manage) until May.
To make the program a success when we relaunch, we're asking for your feedback. Let us know with an email what you might need going forward. We'll definitely be changing to a fully online mode of delivery, but in addition to this we're asking - What will make this work for you?
Despite the escalating level of social isolation, we know that there will be some industries that need to continue in a remote working capacity, with teams that still need to be managed. At the end of this incredibly challenging time there will also be a need for good managers who can lead teams and help bring staff together to rebuild the economy. Perhaps now is the time for you to invest in professional development so that we can all work together to hit the ground running in the post social isolation world?
If you are still interested in participating in the Time to Manage Module or our full Foundations of Management Excellence Program, but have been holding off, please feel free to contact us with any suggestions, questions or comments on how we can bring this to you.
We're hoping that even while we're all socially isolated, we can continue to work with you to build on your management journey.
