We help managers manage better, teams perform better and workplaces work better.

We do this through an approach that links personal responsibility, collaborative practice and cultural regeneration.

At Frameworks for Change, our quest is to transform the world of work, freeing up people and organisations to be at their best, do great work and make the difference that they are designed to do.

SEPTEMBER 2023: EXCITING ANNOUCEMENT:
THE PRAXIS OF MANAGEMENT – THE LAUNCHPAD FOR NEW MANAGERS

We have spent the last year or so developing a management onboarding program that we believe will be a game-changer, not only for the managers who participate in it, but for the organisation itself. Since the establishment of Frameworks in 2003, we have dedicated ourselves to designing programs that make a difference. Of all that we have offered in that time, we believe this will be our most impactful program ever.

We are really excited to see this unfold. So, if you are interested, keep an eye out for further info on Frameworks’ ground-breaking program The Praxis of Management (we will have an info video available soon) or get in touch with us for a chat.

Who we've worked with

and some of their responses

“I’ve known and worked with Frameworks for over 20 years and have included their leadership development in each workplace I have [managed]. On each occasion, Helen has made a deep and lasting impact on the leaders who took part. The training is always insightful, useful, and relevant. Unlike most training, the result is always an improvement in individual leaders as well as the leadership team. And that improvement is a lasting one, not a temporary lift. It has been a pleasure watching Frameworks become one of the country’s leading consultant firms on leadership and culture.”
– Greg Mannion, CEO

“Helen has enabled us to develop a customised way for our management team to grow in confidence and mature in trust. Our team has grown from being managers that would avoid conflict at every opportunity, to one that’s created a safe environment which allows improved communication. A better understanding of our management styles, and strategies to lead and manage people, has also helped us to challenge each other more, discuss ideas and provide and receive feedback positively. We are always a work in progress, but we are working more effectively together, and building a team that is empowered and makes better decisions.”
– Gary Holland, Chief Operating Officer, RangeCare

“So often we attend leadership courses which are all inspirational but don't provide us with actual tools to be good leaders. This course felt like the missing piece that I have been searching for since I entered management. I wish I had been given this info 8 years ago. All managers should complete this course.”

“Would love to see this as an integral part of Department of Education induction to managerial roles.”

“My first Zoom experience and it was uplifting, dynamic and inspirational and conducted in a safe working environment.“
Senior Manager, Department of Communities, Virtual Planning

“The pace of the days was great – I felt like I came away with lots of practical strategies, but had enough time spent on each one that I could process them. Having clear succinct strategies was excellent. Some other courses have had useful models, but the excessive number of steps has been challenging to remember and implement.”

“Glenview is abuzz as a result of your training…Quite frankly, I don’t think I have ever seen so much enthusiasm nor felt that we hit the mark in the way we did this time."
– Human Resources Manager, Glenview Community Services

“Throughout their engagement with SCP, the FFC team have displayed a degree of professionalism, attention to detail and respect that is outstanding. The preparation put into the workshop material and presentations is evident and without fail has resulted in positive feedback from the clients with whom FFC have engaged on SCP's behalf.”
– Manager, Service Design & Risk Assessment, Primary Health Tasmania
